## About us

My Bus Driver GPS Companion is developed and operated by **MUF'Teck**. Our goal is simple: give every bus driver the right information, at the right time, so they can drive any route safely and on time, including a route they are driving for the first time.

### Why we built it

Bus drivers are often expected to learn dozens of routes from paper route booklets, cover a shift on a route they barely know, or follow a temporary detour with little notice. Consumer GPS apps are designed for cars: they compute the fastest path to an address, while a bus driver needs the bus stops, the exact path of the route and their timing at each stop.

My Bus Driver GPS Companion was born from that observation.

### What we do

- An [Android app](https://www.mybusdrivergps.link/solution.htm) that guides bus drivers turn by turn along their route and shows whether they are on time at every stop.
- A companion website that replaces paper route booklets with interactive maps of all routes and stops.
- Automatic integration of the operator's GTFS timetable data, so everything stays up to date.

### Who we work with

We work with bus operators, coach companies and public transport agencies that publish or maintain a GTFS feed. The solution is already used by bus operators in Australia and France.
